THERMODYNAMIC HEAT RECOVERY UNIT:

The system is managed completely automatically. In fact, thanks to the sophisticated electronics, the machine is able to independently manage the temperature of the air supply to the room. The aeraulic circuit allows an initial energy recovery thanks to the static recovery unit that guarantees the transfer of the thermal energy of the internal extraction air to the external renewal air. If the temperature probe at the outlet of the static recovery unit does not detect a neutral value of the air, the thermodynamic recovery is activated in order to provide the thermal energy to be able to introduce neutral air into the room. The system autonomously manages the summer/winter seasonal change.

CONTROL LOGIC:

The unit operates completely automatically and occurs as follows:
• if the recovery temperature drops below 18°C, the heat pump compressor starts for heating;
• if the temperature exceeds 26°C, the compressor for cooling the air starts;
• if the temperature is maintained between 20 and 24°C, only the fans for air renewal and exhaust operate.
It is always possible, in collaboration with our technical office, to modify the control programming to vary the values of the operating temperatures.

STRUCTURE:

Compact containment structure made with 12/10 sheet metal parts, self-supporting boxed bottom starting from 10/10 injected with expanded polyurethane density 47kg/m3, internal infill panels in galvanized sheet metal, roof and perimeter panels thermally and acoustically insulated with 20mm polyethylene mat, complete with two condensation collection tanks, one for the supply section and one for the exhaust section, each equipped with a 20mm plastic condensation drain, inspections for the filter compartments, access to the technical compartment, separate compressors and electrical panel, acoustically insulated with sound-absorbing mat.

FANS:

Centrifugal with forward curved blades in galvanized steel sheet with single-phase electric motors directly coupled to the impeller shaft; in the version with standard frequency converter electronic control.

REFRIGERATION COMPONENTS:

The heart of the refrigeration circuit consists of rotary or scroll technology compressor characterized by high efficiency and low noise, equipped with oil level indicator and compressor crankcase heater. The fundamental line components to complete the circuit are the 4-way valve for the functional cycle and defrosting inversion, the high and low pressure pressure switch safety devices, liquid receiver and separator on the high and low pressure side respectively, a single thermostatic expansion valve with MOP, check valves for the diversion of the refrigerant flow, liquid line with molecular sieve dehydrator filter of adequate volume and liquid and humidity indicator light. Pressure taps on the liquid line, on the suction line and on the delivery pipe.

ELECTRICAL PANEL:

The installer is responsible for the electrical connections of the power line and any remote control of the electronic control. The electrical panel terminal board has connections to allow remote control via an ON/OFF digital input coming for example from an external clock or from a fire damper for the instantaneous stop of the machine in the event of fire and a digital machine alarm output.

REMOTE PANEL:

(CMRBRKTD) the remote panel allows you to manage all the functions of the unit’s regulation system without the need to intervene on the unit, usually installed in a false ceiling and therefore difficult to reach. It is supplied without the connection cable, the maximum length of which is 70m. For longer lengths, it is necessary to provide signal relaunch systems and in any case it is recommended to contact outr Technical Office.
